There are no stains or broke pieces to the wicker. It fastens with leather and brass as you can see in the photos. The blue & white checked cloth on the inside has no tears or holes. The dishes I purchased brand knew and they haven't been used. I researched this Picnic basket and it dated back to the 50's. The only one I have seen like it was on a rerun of one of the Andy Griffin shows. I looked on-line they go for $25.00 to $150.00. This picnic basket is like brand knew.
