This bright and happy tissue box cover will bring a smile to everyone! It holds a standard  square box of tissues that  measures a maximum of 5 5/8" tall x 4 3/4" x 4 3/4". The 3D fish and turtle are ceramic. The tissue box itself is wooden. The artist used puffy paint to embellish. Some of the puffy paint glows in the dark! Please see photos. There is no damage, chips or cracks.
