Important delivery info...

Free delivery on orders over $69 has the following conditions:

  1. Free delivery does not apply to some remote postcodes.
  2. To qualify, your order must be greater than $69 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses.
  3. This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  4. Offer excludes Gift Cards.
  5. If you're unavailable to accept delivery; orders under $400 will be left near the front door/reception. Orders over $400 will require a signature and the buyer will be eligible for a redelivery at no charge, if the nearest depot is too inconvenience to collect.

Orders valued between $0 - $69 will incur an $12 delivery charge. Both express delivery & remote delivery will be slightly more (exact price will be available in the checkout).

We're unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or a Locker.

Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur additional charges from the courier.

We dispatch from our warehouses during business hours Monday -Friday (excluding public holidays).

If you've missed delivery or your nearest depot is too far away, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge from the courier.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a 'Beware of the dog' sign. In this instance, you'll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.

Important info about returns...

We want to make sure you have the right gear for your adventure, and sometimes that means a change of mind.

If you wish to return any of the items in your order we'll happily offer a refund within 60 days of your purchase, but before you fire your item back to us or drop into one of our stores - double check the following:

The item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:

  • In original packaging
    We're unable to offer a full refund on items that have lost that fresh new feel. The best way to retain that feel is by sending the item back, or dropping it off instore, in the same packaging & condition as when you first opened it.
  • Unused
    This one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go.
  • All tags and labels attached
    Avoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.

Also, please know that we're unable to accept returns for the following products, for a change of mind (please know that you’ll still be covered under warranty):

  • Food, drinks, gels or any other human consumable product
  • Socks & thermals
  • Clearance items

If you’re returning your item(s) as a result of changing your mind, you’ll be responsible to cover the cost of return delivery – or, you can save a few delivery dollars and drop past one of our stores. Once your return claim has been submitted, you'll have 5 business days to return your item(s) either by post or dropping into one of our stores. If you exceed this timeframe, you'll be asked to create a new return claim.

If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse or store in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we won’t be able to offer a full return.
