feels HEAVY (like wool) but not sure

about 25" top-to-bottom, about 20" pit-to-pit, sleeves about 16" (strikes me as a smallish size)

has fraying threads and other wear 

I think I see similar jackets referred to as IKE JACKETS (Korean War Era Eisenhower Jackets) ??
