The ad has a photo of an Elgin pocket watch in a presentation box. Above this is a painting (by Hugh Rankin) of King Belshazzar receiving the first sun-dial.  

Ad text is about the early sun-dials and the development of ‘more dependable time-meters’.  

This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1920 magazine.
