These are some sort of a gift that went to Riverside CA School Administrators who dealt with millions of dollars as a token of appreciation.  These are dated from 97 and the inscription blends into the background where you can enjoy the translucent apple.  I do not think these were cheap tokens.  The stem is brass.  Image searches turned up no other like these.   They measure 5" tall 4" wide and 2 1/2" deep.
