Delivery:- The majority of our products are shipped via Royal Mail or ParcelForce via Jersey Post Office.  If your item is large, delivery may be either by multiple boxes, or on one pallet. VAT is paid by us to eBay up to the value of £135, should the value be over £135, the VAT is paid to the post office or specialist courier and will be clearly marked as VAT Paid on the delivery documentation.  Unfortunately we can not provide a VAT invoice as the Channel Islands is classed as a VAT free zone.  For larger commercial orders, where the purchaser is VAT registered and or has a EORI number we can import the goods as a normal VAT input, if you are concerned about reclaiming the VAT from HMRC please contact us prior to purchase, we will talk you through the process.

We provide a 30 day return to us warranty on all orders.
Condition of warranty return, you have to pay the return postage costs.

Each system is fully cleaned, as most of our items sold are refurbished you must accept that some marks and minor scratches will be on the systems, if major cosmetic issues are with our items this will be listed.  No major dents, or plastic components missing / damaged.
