    We offer both standard and express post options storewide.
    Receive free standard shipping on orders over $100 or you can select express service at a $15 flat rate.
    For orders under $100 we offer standard shipping at $10 flat rate or express shipping at $15 flat rate within Australia.

    Once your order is placed, dispatch usually occurs from our warehouse within 1 business days. Your order will be delivered via Australia Post Standard within 5-10 business days after your order is placed or 3-6 business day for Australia Post Express.

    We are committed to your 100% satisfaction and guarantee it! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a hassle-free refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

    Orders may be returned for a refund for change of mind or faulty and once we receive your return package in our warehouse, a refund will be issued in 2 business days. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
