The ad has a photo of a Zenith Converta radio (model Royal 55).It is a pocket radio that fits into a table-top radio.  

Ad text starts “2 radios in 1!” and goes on about the radio (radios).  

2nd grade. Overall tanning and a narrow stain on the right edge  

The ad is full page, about 10.25” x 14”, carefully removed from an actual 1961 Life magazine.
