Quality control

The difference is in the details. Every garment is meticulously R&D’d for best print and color results. Checkpoints throughout the process insure your garments are picked, printed, packed and shipped correctly. Ongoing software and system advances help us to stay ahead of the curve.

Packaging control

All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.

We use Economy USPS.
Handling and Processing Time 2–5 Business days from the day of purchase.
Items will be well packaged. If you have not received your package after the estimated number of days, please inform us and we will immediately act on it.

USA : 2-9 Business days
Europe : 14 - 25 Days.
Asia and Australia : 20 - 25 Days.
Canada, Brazil, Africa and Argentina : 25 - 35 Days.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item mu
st be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your cre
dit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
