This is a type 99 backpack and shoulder bag 
of the former Japanese Army. 
It is an actual item from the war. 

The backpack is a complete product
 with almost unused binding straps.
The haversack is also an item that is 
almost unused, but the fabric is 
dirty and burnt due to aging.

The backpack is manufactured in 1944, 
the Osaka Army Clothing Arsenal,
 and the shoulder bag is manufactured in 1942.
