Possibly vintage. Neat design. I can’t find another like it online anywhere. Unfortunately the sleeves have been cut off, and it was not done well, or evenly. I will leave it up to you to finish the job and make them even. Measurements are shown in the photos. From a nonsmoking home with 2 dogs.
