Shipping

Our goal is to ship items within 1 business day from receipt of payment. Payment received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays may delay shipment because of our shipping partners' availability. We typically use USPS for all deliveries, unless UPS or FedEx have cheaper rates (i.e. heavier/larger packages). We will use any box necessary for packaging, including boxes from other brands/products that we feel will ensure your package arrives undamaged.  

Our Return Policy

A purchased item is eligible for a return up to 30 days from delivery. All listings WILL BE subject to a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price, if returned opened, or installed/used for any reason. Reasons for returns other than 'defective item' and 'wrong item sent' will be subject to a re-stocking fee unless otherwise stated in the above description. All item returns labeled as 'inaccurate listing' are reviewed and subject to the same fees. All returned items must be returned in the same condition that they were purchased in. Upon receiving goods or merchandise in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer, we will refund the buyer the full purchase price. If the listing that has been purchased says free returns, the seller will pay for the return of the item, otherwise, the return label is the responsibility of the buyer.
