RETURNS POLICY:
Item must be returned within: 14 Days of receipt
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days by email, we accept returns within 14 calendar days. The item must be unused and as ?new? when returned to us for refund or replacement. A refund will be offered excluding postage. Please include all original packaging and accessories. Damages resulting from improperly packed return item or due to misuse will not be accepted. Missing accessories will be chargeable.
For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS:
If an item is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery (from the time you received the product) to arrange a replacement or refund. You must forward image(s) and details of the damaged product
We will assess the images you provide. Once we have accepted the product as damaged goods we will begin the process of replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.This doesn?t affect your statutory rights.
