• Items generally arrive within 3-5 days in the EU and around 7-10 days for non-EU destinations.

We offer a 30 day (RTB) Return To Base warranty. Any additional manufacturer warranty would be dealt with by the relevant manufacturer.

Please notify us in the first instance, of the fault, within the agreed warranty period either in writing or by email.
The item will need to be packed and returned to us at your expense and a replacement will be sent back to you at our expense.

Please Note :

• We keep a record of all relevant Serial Numbers. 
• All returns must be completed, secure and with the original packaging.
• If a product is ordered incorrectly, and providing it has not been opened, we will issue a full refund. However, they must be returned at your expense.
•  In some cases, if opened, the item will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Due to the nature of high-end IT equipment please read our full terms and conditions which you can find at our eBay online shop. 
• If you have an HP server under warranty, then this item should be covered under this agreement, UNLIKE non-HP branded products.

• Please ensure that the memory you intend to purchase is compatible with your device. (unbuffered, registered, ECC, non ECC etc).
• All memory is covered with a 30 day RTB warranty.
