Our ebay sales are handled by Parcelforce UK Ltd, we do not use any other couriers.

Parts purchased after 8.00am are packed and dispatched the following working day ( a working day is classed as Monday to Friday only - ( We do not dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday ) your items can take up to five working days to be delivered but most are delivered before this period.

All consignments are trackable through your ebay purchases.

All consignments that are sent to the highlands & Isles or special surcharged areas may take longer so allow up to 7 Days to receive your goods if your in these areas.

If you live in a remote area please contact us before purchasing so we can check to see if our free shipping will cover carriage to your area if not there may be a small surcharge to pay *

If your order is extremely urgent its possible we can send this on a next day delivery depending on our workload and the area that you are in so please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange this for you if possible

All payments are taken through the ebay managed payments scheme and we have no facility to take credit cards etc over the phone.

Please pay on completion of your purchase so we can organise for you goods to be dispatched asap.

If you want to pay on collection at our norwich warehouse please contact us in advance.

We totally understand that if you order a part and feel as if you will not use it so we offer a 30 Days return policy from the original purchase date of the goods.

Goods to be returned will have to be clearly marked with our returns code , un-opened, unfitted and the original packaging fit for resale. 

Returns should be sent buy courier only to ECR Car Parts, 35 Coot Drive, Sprowston, Norwich, NR7 8DW 

Once the goods are received and checked your refund will be processed within 48hrs
