GAGGIA Classic 9 O-ring/Gasket/Seal Kit, GroupHead Gasket/Shim& Silicone Grease.

Basic O-Ring service kit for Gaggia Classic/Baby/Tebe etc.

Boiler gasket, grouphead gasket and steam tap to boiler gasket all upgraded to silicone.

Contains 9 O-Rings (Part numbers from diagram):

1 x Boiler gasket (Red Silicone Upgrade) No. 19

1 x Steam tap to boiler gasket (Red Silicone Upgrade) No. 8

1 x Steam wand gasket (Brown/Black Viton) No. 50

1 x Vibratory pump gasket (Brown/Black Viton) No. 41

3 x Solenoid (2) & OPV (1) Silicone gaskets (Red Silicone) No. 30

&

1 x Blue silicone grouphead gasket (72x57x8.5mm) No. 21

1 x 73x59x1mm EDPM Rubber shim.

1 x Decompression pipe gasket (Brown/Black Viton) Fits in No. 39 in the diagram but isn't actually listed as a separate part.

1 x Sachet of food safe Silicone Grease suitable for the use in coffee machine applications.

Silicone grease, also known as plumbers grease is used to seal joints by filling in the gaps, it is hydrophobic and most importantly doesn't age the silicone and rubber gaskets.

Includes a 73x59x1mm EDPM shim which can be used under the grouphead gasket if the grouphead is worn or the wings of your portafilter have become worn and it is proving difficult to lock the filter.

Some people are concerned about the lock position if beyond 6 o'clock, I don't mind an of center handle but appreciate some might!

Does not fit Gaggia Classic Pro models built between 2015 & 2018. These use a 79x56x6.5mm gasket.
