Filter has been used but it looks good. Glass coating has couple scratches, but they do not show up in pictures. If you look at a close up pictures, you can see one larger scratch, maybe 2mm long. Still glass looks good over all.

I don't see any fungus or haze.  Filter threads are not damaged. Filter works good. 

Please note  that this filter came with Kodak 50mm f2.8  Xenar lens, so it fits that lens. It will fit any other lens with 29.5mm rim.
