These were issued in 1984 to encourage kids to buckle up. The entire sheet measures approximately 6-1/4" x 4-3/4". The individual stickers (there are six on the sheet) each measure approximately 1-1/4" x 1-5/8". The larger MAKE IT CLICK sticker is approximately 4 5/8" w x 3 1/4" tall.
