Payments / Shipping

All stock items we will aim to ship the same day provided funds have cleared by 2:00pm the day the order is placed. Any customised or unique orders may take longer depending on the work being carried out, delivery time for these will be discussed when orders have been placed. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal and we will ship to the PayPal confirmed address. We uses a range of couriers such as DPD, UKMail, APC and Royal Mail. Once the orders have been shipped relevant tracking information will be uploaded to your order.

Returns

All our products are brand new and we want you the customer to make sure you are buying with confidence. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us and we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note we can only take items back in their original unopened condition in which they were delivered in. Buyer will have to pay for the returns postage unless the item is damaged or faulty. Where the item is no longer needed or bought by mistake, a refund will be issued for the item only and not the original postage costs.
