Replacement set of 50mm grinder burrs to fit the Eureka Mignon Silenzio/Perfetto/Manuale

Over time the edges of the burrs will become dull and grinding performance will be impacted.  As they age extraction rates will diminish.

How often should you change them? Sadly there isn't a magic formula.  It will depend on the volume of coffee you make, the beans you use and the cleaning routines you follow.

Guidelines for home use vary and I wouldn't want you to replace burrs unless you need to.  A guide is a set of burrs should be good for in the region of 500lb of coffee.

However if you are asking the question then it is probably time for a change.

If you have noticed your coffee becoming muddy, sour or flat tasting then new grinder burrs could be what you need.
