Spanish black comedy which sees a murderous local estate agent taking matters into his own hands when he spots a gap in the market. When his seen-better-days district starts to become fashionable with the local gay community, real estate agent Victor (Pablo Puyol) realises he could be on to a winner. Unfortunately, with most of the desirable properties currently occupied by resolute old-age-pensioners, Victor is forced to try another tack. Never one to let the old stand in the way of progress, Victor morphs into the local granny killer, freeing up their properties in the process. But when overweight gay couple Leo (Pepon Nieto) and Rey (Carlos Fuentes) move in, along with Rey's mother-from-hell Antonia (Concha Velasco), Victor soon realises it's time to practise some more euthanasia.
