Limited Edition Lithographic Print of CRAIL HARBOUR, Fife, Scotland by E R STURGEON

This is a limited edition watercolour print of Crail Harbour in Scotland by the late Somerset artist Dick Sturgeon (1920-1999).  It measures approximately 22.75ins by 13.50ins; it was published by Sturgeon Publications in September 2001 and this is one of 425 copies.  It is being offered at £27.50 including postage and packing!

Crail is the most easterly of the line of coastal settlements along the south side of the East Neuk of Fife. It is thought to be the most attractive harbour by many and is certainly the most photographed harbour in Scotland.  It lies to the south of the High Street and from the harbour the town appears to be a riot of reddish stone and white frontages intermingled with grey slate and red tiled roofs.  The honey coloured stone lined harbour is usually adorned with a few small fishing boats and occasionally piles of lobster pots.
