Synopsis:

32-year-old Ichiko (Sakura Ando) live at home with her parents, passing the days in self-indulgent grunginess. Ichiko’s recently divorced younger sister Fumiko has moved back home with her young son. One day, after a particularly heated argument, Ichiko charges out of the house for good. With few employment options to support herself, Ichiko works the night shift at a 100 yen shop (dolllar store). On her way home each day she passes a boxing gym where she watches Yuji Kano (Hirofumi Arai) silently practice, developing a crush on him. The pair starts seeing each other and things change for Ichiko… At last, the bell rings and longtime loser Ichiko’s rematch with life begins!

美國齋藤一子(安藤櫻-飾)是個超級宅女，32 歲一事無成，終日在家中打機。其妹一直看不過眼她終日無所事事，一次，兩人因母親的醫療費再起爭執，一子憤而離家，獨自在外生活，無奈地走到一間營業到深宵的 100円店打工，而她所遇到的都是低下階層的邊緣人。一天，便利店來了一名落魄拳手狩野祐二，她去看他練拳、比賽，對他產生了情愫，更漸漸地愛上拳擊。兩個失意的人走到一起，經歷了傷痛離別，一子終於覺醒，帶上屬於自己的拳套，決意要擊倒不堪的人生。
