This is a NORS, 3 speed transmissions, 28 tooth countershaft cluster gear, equivalent to Ford numbers 68-7113 and 8M/51A-7113. Equivalent aftermarket numbers are 191-8B, 191-8K, 253-8, K216-11 and K316-11B. We don't have to tell you how hard it is to find this gear good used or NOS/NORS. Used cluster gears are almost always badly chewed up. This gear is mint with absolutely no rust. It has 28/24/18/14 all helical teeth, 1-1/8” bore (for caged needle bearings) and with the 2 ears at the small end uses a 2-piece rear thrust washer. This cluster gear is only used with a 16 tooth input shaft (main drive gear). This gear fits the following:

1936 - 1950 Ford & Merc passenger & pickup truck (except 1949-1950 Ford passenger cars)

Will of course fit any 1935 and earlier Ford passenger and pickup which has a later tranny or later gears.
