BONOSS Wheel Spacer Professional Design-BLM Series
BONOSS BLM Series Installation Tips:
1.Remove wheel studs & nuts and wheel.
2.Place BONOSS Spacer on hub of car (where the wheel was attached) making sure that the spacer is fully seated and flush with the hub.
3.Remove our wheel spacer nuts from our wheel spacer, then put it on original studs, to lock our wheel spacer on the hub.
4.Place wheel onto the spacer and carefully line up the wheel.
5.Use original nuts to lock wheel on the car.
6.Before fully tightening, spin the wheel and tire to check for any noise or interference.
7.Tighten the wheel nuts in a star pattern with a torque wrench set to wheel manufacturers specifications.
Safety Guidelines as Follow:
1.What is the Tightening Torque for 12.9 Grade M12/M14 Bolts?
M12:110-130NM, Reference113NM(83.3Ft-tb), Steel Wheels and Aluminum Wheels are same.
M14:180-201NM, Reference 181NM(133.5Ft-tb) for Steel Wheels or 140NM (103.5Ft-tb) for Aluminum Wheels.
2.Minimum number of turns for wheel bolts / nuts:
M12 x 1.25 = 8.0 turns = approx. 10 mm of load bearing shaft length
M12 x 1.50 = 6.5 turns = approx. 10 mm of load bearing shaft length
M14 x 1.25 = 9.0 turns = approx. 12mm of load bearing shaft length
M14 x 1.50 = 7.5 turns = approx. 12 mm of load bearing shaft length
1/2" UNF = 8.0 turns = approx. 11 mm of load bearing shaft length
