It's an interesting transformation that takes places with biking: once you clip in, everything changes. The transition can be a bit tougher than it sounds, though. The Shimano Women's SH-WR31 Shoe can make the transformation a little less painful with a nylon soleplate that adds power to your pedal stroke, but isn't super-stiff and uncomfortable. Simple hook-and-loop closure makes fit adjustments a snap, and an upper made with soft synthetic leather and ultra-breathable mesh keeps the SH-WR31 cool and comfortable.
