This is an antique tin moneybox in the shape of an old wireless radio.
The front of the radio has a moveable wooden knob in the centre for "tuning" into different European city's stations.
The instructions on the back say that this moneybox will automatically count the pennies put in and the door on the base will automatically open once it's counted up to 2/6. There are little red numbers on the front which I assume will count the shillings and pence but they are stuck at 0.
I have not tested this to see if the counting mechanism still works.
It is mostly a pinkish sort of colour but I think this may be more like a faded red since the base is bright red.
The sides have silhouette style depictions of children playing and flowers on the top.
The counters are both at 0 so the door on the base is locked.
Sounds like there's a coin rattling around inside.
Please see photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself.
Normal signs of age and use wear including surface scuffs and minor impact marks etc.
As mentioned, I think the pink colour has come from its original red colour fading.
It measures approx. 4 and 1/8 inches tall x 3 and 7/8 inches x 2 inches.
