Delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Postage and packaging is complimentary for items over £15. Items under £15 will have a £2.99 postage and packaging charge applied.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working days of cleared funds; therefore your item(s) will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days from placing your order (unless stated otherwise within the listing). Items with delivery from BMW Germany will be dispatched in around 10 working days and delivered to you within 11-12 working days (unless stated otherwise within the listing).
We ship to all addresses within the UK.
Orders will be dispatched via either Royal Mail or our approved courier DHL for smaller items, and via our approved courier TNT for large items. Our couriers' deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note: all our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery or where you should go to collect it.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All BMW products come with a two-year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within 24 months of purchase. You can make a warranty claim by contacting any authorized BMW dealer who will take you through the repair or replace process in line with BMW UK. Please don’t forget the dealer will need to see your original receipt of purchase from Vertu Motors eBay shop. Damage to any part due to incorrect fitment as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

RETURNS INFO:

Please check the goods carefully on delivery.
If you wish to claim for damage or shortfalls in the delivery or that the goods do not materially comply with their description, then you must advise seller in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to provide written notice within 7 days may result in your claim being denied. Returns for credit will not be accepted without the sellers written consent and either a claim under a manufacturer's warranty is involved or the parts are incorrect and not in compliance with the order or the seller expressly agrees to accept the returns for credit subject to the sellers administration/handling charge of 17.6% of the price (excluding VAT). Any returns for credit must be made within 14 days quoting the invoice/order number.
