Very rare from a find decades ago.

Argentina was forced to stop selling international products and this includes toys. In order to sell some old stock that was from Brazil, some people created their own packages based on the popular show "V". They removed the bubble from the Estrela package and staples it to their new toy package

Now it is a Argentina toy!
