These figures are Authentic Bandai Banpresto, Shopro, and/or any other japanese brand licensed by One Piece. They are in good condition overall. Some of them look like new and others are very old, therefore they may have some scratches and imperfections in the paint. (please check pictures when you buy for more details or ask us). You may not receive exactly the same one in the pictures, but condition will be the same or even better.
