I am not a stamp dealer per se, but over the next couple weeks I will be listing several covers (and assorted ephemera) from an unpicked box lot I bought at a small New Hampshire estate auction. It is a box of 1850s - 1880s letters to Miss Mary Taylor, who was a school teacher in Sanbornton, NH during that period. There will be stampless covers, SOTN and fancy cancels, Civil War letters, and postal history - most with the original correspondence still inside. I have no experience grading stamps or determining grill and color variations. I will include clear scans of all items and you will have to be the judge. Feel free to ask questions or let me know if I've gotten something wrong. Read my CONDITION paragraph and check all my scans carefully. All items are guaranteed vintage and original, no copies or reprints.

I will also be offering vintage documents, letters, postcards, photos, and other ephemera. I frequent local auctions and estate sales up and down the East Coast where I pick up lots of fun old stuff and list almost all of it on Ebay. Check my other auctions for more stamps, covers, and other fun old ephemera.

THIS ITEM: 1937 Special Delivery cover with Candia, NH postmark on the front and on the back are a Portsmouth & Concord RPO, a scarce purple Woodsville (NH) & Boston RPO, and a Dedham, Mass Rec'd postmark. Check my scans for centering and other concerns. All items guaranteed vintage and authentic - no reproductions or reprints. See my other auctions for more stamps from this estate lot and lots of other fun old stuff!

CONDITION: Check all my photos.

US SHIPPING OPTIONS: Shipping in the US in a standard business envelope - $1.00. If you want your items mailed with rigid reinforcers they will have to go via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and insurance - $5.25.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.  Please wait for my invoice before sending payment.

    International Letter Rate: $2.00.

International Small Package: $20.00. (Any small RIGID package, value under $100.)

International Packages valued at $100.00 or more will REQUIRE Priority Mail International, insured - $47.00.  I'm not trying to make money on shipping. I simply want to protect myself if any expensive package "gets lost in the mail" as has happened to me on several occasions. Please wait for my invoice before sending payment.

ALSO; I use Ebay shipping labels. It's the only way I can prove to Ebay that I shipped a package to the proper address if ever there's a dispute. Unfortunately, those labels will always have customs information - including the actual price of the merchandise - clearly printed on them. I realize that customs fees are a concern in the UK and other countries, but you'll just have to figure that into your cost when placing bids.

TO ALL BUYERS: If there's a problem, contact me. I'm easy to work with. I may goof things up once in a while, but I've always been able to work out any problems. All items guaranteed to be AS DESCRIBED. Check my feedbacks. Buyer must notify seller within 48 hours if not satisfied with purchase. I will occasionally sell an item in poor condition AS IS with No Returns. Any AS IS sale will will be clearly indicated as such.
