This is a Baby Grace kit produced by the Kinby Doll Company, which is a sister company to Bountiful Baby. These dolls were sculpted from the likeness of real ba-bies, giving them realism. This kit features a vinyl head that is pre-painted, including the molded hair, and full length vinyl arms and legs. The dolls have rings already installed in the flange of the head and limbs so they can be easily turned for posing. The lengthy, time consuming painting step has already been done and the hair has been painted, eliminating the need for the tedious process of rooting real hair, as well as the eyes being pre-set. The kits are a fun project to assemble with a favorite little girl on a rainy afternoon. We purchased a nice suede cloth body specifically made for Grace with her name on the tag to send with the vinyl kit, a Kinby bodysuit to dress her in when you have her completed as well as a magnetic pacifier with the magnet already inset in her head. Caution should be used around those with pacemakers or other health devices sensitive to magnets. This baby can wear most preemie real baby clothes. The gallery picture shows what she will look like when she is completed. Your doll kit will come to you unassembled. You will need to provide fiberfill for her body.
