DESCRIPTION: Back: “Francis E. Walter Dam and Reservoir, Pocono Mountains, Pa. Constructed in 1961, this new 234-foot-high dam is part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Flood Control Plan for the Lehigh River Basin. There is a picnic area, and beautiful scenic views can be seen from the top of the Dam. A conservation pool of 90 acres is maintained in which Rainbow & Brown Trout are stocked. Located off Pa. Route 940, 1 ½ miles east of the Pocono Interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension.”

CONDITION: Unused; never mailed. .. Minor corner and edge wear. Light soiling and age tanning. Very Good condition. …
