The book comes with 20 USPS mint stamps (sealed in shrink wrap on a cardboard background). Each mint stamp has a face value of 29 cents so the value of the stamps themselves is $5.80.

There are also photos of the stamps inside the book. Included with the book is the cardboard outer sleeve (has corner tears). The book and pages themselves are in unmarked, near mint condition . . . thanks to its protective outer sleeve.

In 1989, the Postal Service commissioned Al Hirschfeld, the Greatest American Caricaturist of this century to do a Series of 26 Sketches of Great Personalities from the World of Entertainment. . The silent screen stars were found in the second set issued.
