New old stock means that the product has never been ridden on a bike however may not have original packing. For many reasons which includes but not limited to. Removed for display purposes. Fitted and removed due to mistake in order. Damaged packing. Order that was never collected. Any damage would be mentioned in the description, however it is possible due to the reasons above that the product may have very light storage marks which are considered very minor and not damage please expect that this might possibly be the case.
