Winch is missing part 12 and 13 circled in picture. The part that holds the hook to the cable. This can be purchased from hardware store or through honda. Or you can source your own hook kit.
Customer tried to install winch on his vehicle but aftermarket accessories prevented the install. The winch and bracket show wear / missing paint marks in the pictures. The winch appears to never have been unraveled. Please view pictures for more details of parts.
