Leica M3 double stroke rangefinder camera.
Serial # 865537. Made in Germany in
1957. Chrome finish. Has 50mm / 90mm and 135mm frames with parallax
adjustment. Double stroke winding. Uses all Leica M-mount and M39x1
screw mount lenses (with proper M adapter). Also could use other M-mount and
Screw-mount lenses, like Voigtlander-Cosina, Canon-RF, Konica-RF and others.
Built-in rangefinder. Shutter speeds are: 1 sec -1/1000 on non-rotating
dial. Shutter curtains in good condition. Clean viewfinder. Working,
bright and contrast rangefinder. Contrast and bright frame
lines. This camera was CLA'd in 2022, and this M3 camera is in good working
order. Camera is in Mint- or 9.5 out of 10 cosmetic condition. Very few marks around. No
dings or dents. Top plate is super clean. Bottom plate has a couple of small minor marks. Also rust marks on the one STRAP LUG. This M3 camera body is in overall beautiful condition for a vintage M3. Camera body has original Leica M vulcanite covering in good condition. Original accessory
flash shoe. No missing screws or knobs. This camera is working smoothly. GOOD FRAME lines
and rangefinder. Comes with a Leica body cap. Great "classic"
