Universal Studios made an excellent and affordable replica Hoverboard as seen in Back to the Future 2 & 3. These can be purchased online in several places such as Amazon and eBay.

The only issue is that they are somewhat incomplete and don't fully represent what is seen in the films. On the underside of the Universal Studios licensed Hoverboards, there is an empty place in the middle of the board that contains only a purple graphic of the part. (See IMAGE #3)
