THESE ARE ALL THE PICS AND INFO WE CAN PROVIDE.  

BASED ON MY RESEARCH OF THE SERIAL NUMBER THIS IS A MOVEMENT MADE BY PATEK.  FOR THOSE WHO KNOW WILL KNOW MORE.  THERE IS NO EXTRACT.  I BELIEVE THE DATE WOULD BE AROUND 1890's or so. MOST OF THESE MOVEMENTS ARE USED IN WRIST WATCHES.  I BELIEVE IT IS A SIZE 0.  OPEN FACE STYLE.  

THE CRYSTAL AND STEM/CROWN ARE INCLUDED.  

AS FAR AS RUNNING- WHEN SHAKING THE MOVEMENT IT DOES MOVE A LITTLE THEN STOPS ABRUPTLY.  DO NOT KNOW WHATS NEEDED IN OR DER TO GET IT TO WORK FULLY- COULD BE AN EASY FIX.

I am not a watch expert but have sold and currently listing some wonderful items to the great people of eBay.  This is the exact item you will receive.    Here is the breakdown.  Enjoy....

Tiffany & Co Dial- looks very good -  light spotting, little dirt but nothing major. For its age its very well kept. 

Crystal- looks great- no real wear. Very light scuffs on top but nothing you can see unless you hold it up to a light.  Feels like plastic. 

Hands- All hands are present. Look very good.  

Bezel- looks good - light dirt in crevices, very light toning, some hairlines.  Hinges very strong. 

Tiffany & Co Movement-  Given its age it looks excellent.  Serial No- 84244. See pic.  Based on my research this movement was made by Patek.  Movement may also be compatible with other cases. 

Crown-  when putting the stem in the the movement it does move the hands.   

WORKINGS- SEE ABOVE.  MAY NEED SOME TLC.
