Here is a mid-century half apron with ties that has an attached snap-on terry tea towel. I believe this was commercially machine sewn however there is no label. 

Made of a pear and floral print cotton or cotton blend fabric. Two metal snaps attach the removable turquoise color terry cloth tea towel with fringed ends. The floral print colors include shades of turquoise, green, brown black and white. Single front pocket.

I have included a ruler in some pictures for size reference. I measure approx. 19 3/4" across the waist, with additional 22" long x 1 1/4" wide ties (although size varies a little between both ties). The waistband is about 2" wide. Length is 20" from waistband to hem. Approx. 29 1/2" across the hem. The towel is about 11" wide.

Gently used condition, hard to tell if it was ever unlaundered. It is crisp and bright. No stains other than some age tanning along the towel and on some of the apron area underneath the towel (7th picture). There is a hand stitched seam repair at the upper edge of the pocket (3rd picture). It has storage fold lines and wrinkling. No musty or smoke odor.
