Consists of a metal tool used for holding selecting bars when adjusting selecting finger supports on crossbar switches.

Comes from an ex repairman.
Most of the tools he had were marked WE / Western Electric & a bunch were BELL System.
All have been very well cared for. Protected from the elements and not abused.

This catalog was the most extensive I could find and has the same tools common to all areas.
