Item Description


Shoji Hamada 1894 1978 Black glazed tea bowl
It is a rice bowl of the living national treasure of Showa.
Both box and Sanadahimo have dirt and pain corresponding to aging.
The tea bowl is in good condition with no cracks or chips, but there are some kiln scratches such as broken glaze and pinholes, which are typical of the works of artists of the Mingei movement.
Please disregard those who cannot enjoy the taste and scenery unique to these handmade products, and those who do not understand second hand and vintage items.
