1. Make sure the outdoor LDPA antenna is aimed at your carrier's tower and can receive 2-3 bars of stable signal at the location where it's installed.

2. The distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna should be 28-32ft and make sure a proper amount of physical separation (walls or obstructions) between them.

3. Keep power is off during installing.

4. The cell phone signal booster is just a repeater, it cannot create any signal, it will only boost the existing signal, please make sure the outdoor antenna can receive 2-3 bars of signal from tower. If the outdoor antenna cannot receive any signal, the phone signal booster will not work.
