A rare "Batman & The Superhero Stars" article features both the 1940s movie serial and 1960s TV series of Batman and the 1940s Superman movie serials as well as touching on other characters portrayed in the movies and TV e.g. Green Hornet, The Phantom. The comics characters (played on film by Lewis Wilson in 1943 and Robert Lowery in 1949 and, of course on TV by the late Adam West) are featured in this 8 page (many of which are great full page black and white pictures), from a U.S. magazine in the mid-60s called 'Famous Monsters of Filmland'. Originally, it was stuck in a scrapbook, so it has a few marks where sellotape was used and in places the paper is going brown (understandable for a 55 plus year old item).
