Working principle: The probe probes the edge or line of the side coil, reads the offset between the actual position of the coil and the set position, and converts the offset into an electrical signal proportional to it; then inputs the signal to the controller, After the signal is amplified and calibrated by the controller, it is output to the electric driver, and the electric driver drives the deviation correction guide mechanism according to the magnitude of the signal, and returns the coil to the set position. Since the driving signal of the electric driver is only proportional to the deviation of the coil, the system can provide correct correction control for various coils, and the maintenance cost is extremely low.
