This is an antique little wooden disc thing that looks like it might be the lid or stopper from a jar or bottle.
It has a nice illustrated depiction of York Minster on the top under glass.

Reverse painted as you find on a lot of antiques that were made for souvenir during EXHIBITIONS. York had a Great Exhibition in 1866.

No maker's marks etc.

Please see close-up photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself.
Condition Report: Normal signs of age and use wear including some surface scuffs etc.
There is a tiny chip on the edge of the glass.

It measures approx. 50mm in diameter x 10mm deep.

My stock ref : in small collectables misc. drawers.

Most of my items are sent using the Global Shipping Program due to Royal Mail being really quite useless at actually delivering parcels worldwide which gave me and my customers a truly diabolical service in the last year. However if you are bidding on a number of items and you want to COMBINE shipping then please eBay message me and I may be able to change the shipping option for you.

To see ALL my other 6000+ items for sale: please click on the VISIT SHOP or click "see other items", strangely both only have a limited view of what I have to offer on each platform so to see everything click on Shop by Category which will give you a much better view.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.

If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 45 years.
