The coin itself is in mint condition. It has a space shuttle on the front and an flying eagle on the back. Ive found very similar coins, but none with an Eagle like this one.
Come with a plastic and red velvet case. Has "Discovery 51 I" on it in gold. The case has some scuffs and cracks, but still works.
