black plastic wheels fixed to crimped axles, couple small paint chips on bumper.and some faint paint wear on body lines.. Model is in excellent near mint condition. Original B4 type box is complete,all flaps attached,one end flap is taped,faint crease lines on one side,several 1/8” tears on flap connections ,box in very good plus condition.
