All our stock is located in the UK at our 6,000 sq. ft. facility next to the world renowned Wembley Stadium in North West London.
Our experienced team of engineers are on hand to answer any questions you many have. Our Wembley retail facility inspecting, testing and refurbishing incoming stock.
They also carry out repairs on a wide range of consumer electronics equipment.

Returns
All items in the same condition as purchased with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no need to open an eBay case, simply contact us by email or phone to receive return address details and instructions, Returns can be dropped off at out click and collect counter. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend you insure the package and use a tracked service.
Delivery Details
For "Other Courier" deliveries we use Fed Ex in most cases.
A tracking number will be provided when available on despatch for all deliveries.
The following UK post codes may receive a delivery surcharge AB,FK,IV,PA,PH,ZE,KA,PA,BT,IM,TR,GY & JE.
Goods are only released for delivery once cleared funds have been received (PayPal is the quickest method of payment).
Our shipping deadline is 3 pm for UK deliveries and 2 pm for International, Monday - Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Please note international shipping prices are only a guideline and confirmed when you provide your full address.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrectly described item please contact us direct and we will resolve the issue.
